Just Protein ships from Calgary, Alberta to all ten Canadian provinces. We do not ship to the territories (YT, NT, NU), remote postal codes, the United States or other countries.
Shipping costs
- Standard and Express: calculated at live carrier rates for your address. You see the exact price at checkout before you pay. There is no flat rate and no hidden fee.
- Cold-chain (required for refrigerated items): $34.95, flat, per order.

Cold-chain shipping
Refrigerated items (such as Amino Balls, cottage cheese, skyr, puddings and other chilled products) ship Monday to Wednesday only, in insulated packaging with gel packs. Cold-chain is required for any order that contains a refrigerated item, so the order cannot use Standard or Express.
Duties and taxes
All prices are in CAD. There are no duties or brokerage fees, because everything ships from within Canada. GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout.
Missing or damaged shipments
Report missing or delayed packages within 3 business days of delivery, and damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt, to justproteincan@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Please do not return items until we send instructions. After we verify the claim, we replace the item at no cost or refund it.
